All general waste bins are being collected as normal today (Monday 21 March). Bryson Recycling box collections are also taking place as normal.
Today’s industrial action has affected some blue and brown bin collection routes, glass box collections, wheelie box collections in the Castle area and some commercial waste collection routes.
If your bin is not emptied as planned today, please bring it back in and leave out again on your next scheduled collection date.
This applies to both household and commercial collections.

If you had a bulky waste collection booked with us for today or tomorrow, we have been in touch with you about your booking.
If you have a collection booked for Wednesday 23 to Sunday 27 March and it is impacted by the industrial action, we will contact you directly about your booking.
Recycling centres and civic amenity sites
Ormeau Recycling Centre is closed today. Please use our other centres, at Alexandra Park Avenue, Palmerston Road and Blackstaff Way, instead. They are open as normal today.
All our civic amenity sites are open as normal.
North Queen Street Community Centre is closed today. All our other community and play centres are open as normal.
Belfast Zoo is open as normal.
Our Registration Office at City Hall is open as normal for the registration of births, deaths, marriages and civil partnerships.
Parks, playgrounds and pitches
All our parks, playgrounds and pitches are open as normal today.
Our Noise Control, Pest Control and Dog Warden services are operating as normal today.
