Road closure applications

  • Road closure applications

If you want to apply for a road closure, please find out if you need to apply for a road closure and how to apply for a road closure.

  • Advertising your road closure

We need a road closure application to be made with plenty of time left before the event so we can publically advertise it.

Applications are published in appropriate local newspapers on a rotation basis, and also added to our current applications.

We must then allow a 21 day period for representations to be submitted and to be determined by the council.

  • Current applications

All of the current road closure applications are also available for you to view at our public office on the ground floor of the Cecil Ward Building, 4-10 Linenhall Street Belfast BT2 8BP. In addition, we publish all road closure applications in local newspapers.

Written comments on the applications listed below should be submitted by email, post, or in person within 21 days of the date advertised.
