Strengthening the sector programmes aim to help Belfast’s cultural organisations enhance their business performance and boost their income.
There are two programmes:
Created by Arts Council NI and supported by us, this is a mentor-led programme which offers bespoke and tailored guidance to senior staff of Belfast’s large cultural organisations.
There are currently 14 organisations taking part in this programme.
This is an accredited bespoke leadership programme for small to medium sized arts organisations in Belfast focusing on change management, innovation, sustainability, and rethinking business strategy. We created this programme with Arts & Business NI, and it is delivered by Ulster University Business School.

Making Places Together was a series of virtual conversations with local and international activists and artists. These online events shared learning about creative placemaking to build connections and inspire positive change for Belfast.
