Physical investment

Our physical investment programme is a £500 million citywide commitment to making Belfast a better place to live, work, visit and invest. The programme, which includes around 400 projects, includes major schemes to boost the economy, create jobs and improve the quality of life in our neighbourhoods.

The programme is not simply about building new facilities or assets. Investment decisions are taken in line with the strategic aims and objectives of the Belfast Agenda, the city’s first community plan which sets out a vision for Belfast in 2035.
