  • About the programme

    We support a number of organisations in the city to provide advice and support for those who are currently out of work. 

    Support includes:

    • job coaching and mentoring 
    • personal development
    • support with CV building, job searching and interview techniques 
    • training and qualifications 
    • pre-employment and in-work support 
    • building connections with employers such as work experience and site visits.

    These programmes are match funded through European Social Fund projects through the Northern Ireland European Social Fund 2014-2020 Investment for Jobs and Growth programme Groups marked with * are also supported through Urban Villages Initiative, which is led by the Executive Office (TEO), focuses on delivering the Together: Building a United Community (T:BUC) strategy across Belfast.
