Belfast Local Development Plan – Draft Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG) Consultation
We have prepared draft SPG associated with a number of planning policies in the forthcoming Belfast Local Development Plan (LDP) - Plan Strategy. In advance of the formal adoption of the Plan Strategy, we are publishing the draft SPG for public consultation.
Supplementary Planning Guidance
In June 2016, we introduced supplementary planning guidance on Purpose Built Managed Student Accommodation (PBMSA) in Belfast. It gives extra advice and guidance to developers, the public and planning officers when working on planning applications for PBMSA developments in the city.
