Visitor accessibility at Malone House
Malone House prides itself in ensuring accessibility for all its visitors and guests. We are aware that we must continue to make our space accessible and where possible, make reasonable adjustments to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome, whether visiting the house for the day, attending a public or private event or enjoying the scenery in our gardens and walkways.
When you arrive at our main entrance and hallway, automatic doors will open.

Staff training in autism awareness
We want to create a welcoming environment by demonstrating kindness, patience and respect for people with a learning disability or autism. We want them to feel empowered and understood. Providing appropriate and individualised customer service, communication and staff training is a key goal for us.
Our staff recently attended Autism Awareness Training. We are currently working towards becoming an Autism Impact Champion. This award will accredit our venue as an autism-accessible and welcoming environment for everyone.
