Partners

There are several key partners supporting this programme. Some are helping us deliver the cultural programme, some are funders or in-kind supporters, and some are strategic collaborators. We will continue to develop relationships with a range of individuals, organisations and investors throughout the programme. We will build on the partnerships and participation that will be created through the Belfast 2024 programme delivery, to develop a better understanding of the needs of citizens, investors, and the cultural sector for the future.

The National Lottery Heritage Fund

Belfast City Council has received a £250,000 grant from The National Lottery Heritage Fund for 'Our Future Heritage' which will enable people to explore Belfast's tangible and intangible heritage and its impact on our identity through ten of the special Belfast 2024 projects which will provide opportunities for people to engage with Belfast's built, cultural, industrial, maritime, natural and intangible heritage uncovering forgotten or overlooked sites and stories.

The city-wide Our Future Heritage project, part of Belfast 2024 is made possible by money raised by National Lottery players and follows the Heritage Fund’s significant investment in Templemore Baths, Belfast City Cemetery and the Tropical Ravine.
